Workforce Development Services

Economic development ideally refers to the sustained, concerted actions of communities that improve the standard of living and economic health of a specific locality. The occupational skills training component prepares at-risk youth to gain placement into career pathways and/or further education or training. Our intent is to implement and facilitate a workforce development services that are responsive to employer/employee needs.

Community members are organized to meet with citizens to identify needs, offer solutions to stakeholders and government leaders, and educate the community regarding access to available resources. We enhance the benefits to our participants by placing youth and their family members in jobs, making them more self-sufficient.

The method to implement is by becoming a staffing agency franchise owner, thereby fostering our ability to achieve this goal. This will not only allow CRI to help youth and families whom we serve, this franchise will also assist in allowing the organization to remain sustainable by integrating multiple income streams.
